Our mission started with repurposing surplus food from a local restaurant, where I had the opportunity to work as a sous chef. Witnessing food waste amidst community hunger, we started collecting and delivering meals to shelters and the homeless. As our efforts gained attention, businesses began donating more goods than anticipated, prompting us to establish Meals With Meaning. We are focused on rescuing surplus food and goods helping to serve our community with the most basic needs. Since established, we have provided thousands of donations which include meals and clothing that have broadened our services to include, essential resources, transforming our initial goal into a thriving movement for basic needs.
